Amy from this organization is very dishonest and untrustworthy. Their office is moldy and unclean.Their organization was selling furniture and she said she had used shelves that were like new. When we saw them, they were scratched, stained, and water damaged. She kept lying and saying, “I have so many people who will pay me so much money for these…I can’t lower the price because I’d need board approval”Once we cleaned the shelf we realized it was moldy. We reached out to Amy asking to return it (we would deliver it and it’s been cleaned). We know returns aren’t typical but we were hoping since she worked at a charity that she would have integrity. But instead she gaslit us and blamed us for taking it and didn’t address the root issue that she falsely listed her items and lied to our faces about itI know this is a character review instead of a business review, but again, since she works at a charity I feel that people should know that she is dishonest and unhelpful
