Beyond program that NO DOESNT HAVE SPEAKERS ATTEND the WOMEN IN CHARGE CANNOT FOLLOW SIMPLE GROUP RULES AND ALSO LIES TO OTHERS ABOUT PERSONAL LIFES. WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PROGRAM AT ALL IF OFFERED

They got me out of jail. I dunno why its still called youth in conflict with the law when they're supervising bail of full grown adults. I suspect its the courts way of no longer being able to overuse surety requirements as a means of strong arming guilty pleas. Bail supervision is the next best thing, and I'm sure it has been successful in bringing them a huge number of breach charges which seem to be a mainstay for a prosecutor's career here in Ontario. If you can't get em on their original charge cuz they weren't guilty in the first place, might as well make it against the law to contact their own family members or have work tools in their truck. Everyone's guilty, just gotta lay that trap! What a joke... what a travesty!
